Every item is quality checked before sent, however if you recieve an item that is damaged you will be sent a new item or recieve a full refund once you have sent the item back to us.

Ill fitting items can not be refunded but can be exchanged for another size, if the item is out of stock you will be sent a store giftcard for equilvalent price. Shipping on all exchanges must be covered by the purchsee so please check our size guides before purchase.
