Ill fitting items can not be refunded but can be exchanged for another size, if the item is out of stock you will be sent a store gift card for equivalent price. Every item is quality checked before sent, however if you receive an item that is damaged you will be sent a new item or receive a full refund once you have sent the item back to us and it has been approved.
