We offer change of mind exchanges or store credit. Ill fitting items can not be refunded but can be exchanged for another size, if the item is out of stock you will be sent a store gift card for equivalent price. Shipping on all exchanges must be covered by the purchaser so please check our size guides before purchase.

Every item is quality checked before sent, however if you receive an item that is damaged you will be sent a new item or receive a full refund once you have sent the item back to us and it has been approved. Before this please reach out to us via the Contact Us page with photos and the reason for return and we will let you know if this is accepted.

There is no returns on Swimwear items if worn or sanitary protection lining removed so please refer to the size guide.

All Sale items are final, cannot be restocked or returned unless faulty.

How to Measure Yourself

Grab a soft tape measure and measure directly against your body (over light clothing, not bulky layers):

• Bust/Chest — measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level.
• Waist — measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso (usually just above your belly button).
• Hip — measure around the fullest part of your hips, roughly 20cm below your waist.

Between sizes? For sleepwear and loungewear, size up for a relaxed fit or down for a closer fit. For swimwear, check the individual product description first — several of our styles have adjustable straps or ties that flex the fit by a size either way.

Note: measurements above are standard Australian size guide references. Our Shortie Sets, Button-Down Sleep Tees, and Pajama Bundles are designed with an oversized, relaxed fit — if you prefer a closer fit, size down. Sleep pants and shorts feature an elastic waistband for extra give.

Swimwear Size Chart

Covers bikini tops, bottoms, and one-pieces.

Several of our bikini styles (Maddy, Cyprus, Mykonos) have adjustable straps or ties, so you can fine-tune coverage and fit within a size. Coverage varies by style — check each product description for "cheeky", "medium", or full coverage before choosing your size. Swimwear cannot be returned once worn, so if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
