We offer change of mind exchanges or store credit. Ill fitting items can not be refunded but can be exchanged for another size, if the item is out of stock you will be sent a store gift card for equivalent price. Every item is quality checked before sent, however if you receive an item that is damaged you will be sent a new item or receive a full refund once you have sent the item back to us and it has been approved. There is no returns on Swimwear items if worn or sanitary protection lining removed so please refer to the size guide.
